LICENSE.txt file for Mika

Parts of the Mika source code are derived from the Wonka project, and are copyright Punch Telematix. Other parts have been developed by Chris Gray trading as /k/ Embedded Java Solutions. Both the Punch Telematix portions (since 10 July 2007) and the /k/ Embedded Java Solutions portions (since< 8 September 2006) are licensed under the Mika BSD License, see below. This license applies to all files marked as being copyright Punch Telematix, /k/ Embedded Java Solutions or ACUNIA NV, even if the copyright header does not explicitly state this (we are in the process of updating the copyright headers).

Parts of the class libraries are taken from the Classpath project, and are covered by the Classpath license (GPL + exception). This applies to the following files:
